Mission Nepal Holidays is a well – known Government Register Small Group Adventure Travel Company based in Nepal. We are trustworthy and fully committed to giving you the best service. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.
While making your adventure travel trip with us, we need a photocopy of your passport, permanent address as well as land and cell phone number and 20% of the total amount a non-refundable booking deposit is required for every travel trip booking per person of trip cost + domestic flight ticket amount to buy the ticket, Then rest of the money can be paid upon arrival at our office, full payment is required before departure the trip and for your last minute booking before a week you need to pay the full amount of money as an advance. Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. We received the online payment from website. We are using Online Payment Gateway from Himalayan Bank Ltd, Nepal. Processing charge will be 4% extra.
In addition clients can make a payment by credit card please click here and fill the form. For the payment by credit card we only accept Master Card and Visa Card, and 4% extra will be paid by the clients themselves as a card processing fee. Similarly, you can pay by Western Union Money Transfer or via MoneyGram too.
Risk & Liabilities
We are committed for providing the best services which will give you once in a lifetime journey. Mission Nepal Holidays P. Ltd always puts all its efforts honestly and seriously in making your journey smooth and pleasant. All the services will be provided as per the agreement between you and us in the time of booking. However all Nepal, India, Tibet and Bhutan tour are run are strictly under their own policies and Tourism Authority. Mission Nepal Holidays P. Ltd or its agent shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation of programs due to unavoidable circumstance such as Government restriction, Landslide, road blockage, flood, avalanches, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of the vehicle, Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots. So it is most advisable that clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risk. Cancellation insurance is also most recommended.
Cancellation Policy:
If our clients fail to make their trip or want to cancel their program due to any unavoidable circumstances following charges will be made for the Trip Cancel
(The 20% trip booking amount is fully non refundable once it is paid by clients ) the amount from the flight ticket is refundable if it is canceled before 1 week time and 30% cancellation fee will applicable. When make the final payment for the trip before it start day in our office No refund will be made.
Program Change/Delay:
The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control like weather hazards, Landslides, political unrest, road blockage, avalanches, sudden sickness, etc. The program can be customized as per the interest of the clients and if Mission Nepal Holidays cancel your trip due to unavoidable circumstances like war, natural disasters, political unrest, bad climate etc, Mission Nepal Holidays would be happy to refer you the alternative trip of a similar standard. We keep it preserved for your next time but not longer than one year.
Price Changing:
We reserve the right to revise pricing rate if posted in our marketing material and website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. Most of the time Domestic flight fare is changing due to fuel price hike up. We always try our best to make a preset price in our treks/tours.
Passport and Visas:
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost is USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.
Travel Insurance:
Our clients must have comprehensive travel insurance package. Their insurance must cover against medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc
Flight delay:
Flight by plane and helicopter are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region Lukla flight, Annapurna region Jomsom flight, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.
(Most of the Time Mountain flights are delayed without letting know us, the flight is normally 6:30 am in the mooring and you have to be airport at 6:am but most of the time they delayed more than hour, if we go late they put the Second flight passengers on 6:30 am so, we need to be there at the flight time, be prepared for this)
When these flights are considered in the itinerary, it is also recommended to carry extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Mission Nepal Holidays will not be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to meet your accommodation, food costs by yourself.

Cancellation of booking of Tours or Tour Packages must be notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to departure or within the specified period allowed as stipulated in the specific Tour or Tour Packages. All cancellation must be confirmed by The Company in writing to be effective. Refund rates are based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice.
For individual component supplied by third party (ies), e.g. train services, air tickets, cruise, etc.; cancellation fee under terms and conditions of the third party (ies) shall apply. Cancellation fee of the third party (ies) will include refund administrative fee and any deposit committed to their suppliers to secure confirmation of the services requested. Should the cancellation be made less than 30 days, the following condition shall apply.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour or booking made at any time before the departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient number of participants, our liability is limited to a refund of the monies paid.
The Company reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary wherever necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any necessary modifications to our itinerary will not deprive the tour participant of program features in any way.
No Show Charges
If a guest or passenger does not arrive on the expected date and time or is not present at the designated pick-up point for pick-up or transfer to the destination, the amount paid for the specific tour or package shall be forfeited/non-refundable.
